• 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath: $1,150 – $1,350 per month

• 3 Bedroom: $1,450 per month

Lease Terms:

• Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent

• Utilities: Tenants are responsible for water and electricity. The Town of Warsaw charges a flat rate of $76 per month for water, sewer, and trash services. A $250 deposit and a $25 application fee are required by the town.

• Pet Policy: No pets permitted
