Gregory Packett is a man on a mission. A native of Warsaw, Virginia, with over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry, Gregory has dedicated his career to a singular, driving purpose: helping people find their way home. As the leader of Packett Properties, he brings a lifetime of local knowledge and technical expertise to every project he touches.
Gregory’s portfolio is as diverse as the communities he serves. Over three decades, he has mastered the complexities of the building trade, spanning single-family residential construction, multi-family developments, subdivision developments, and meticulous commercial restorations. While he has earned a reputation for excellence, Gregory remains firmly grounded in the belief that quality housing should be accessible to everyone.

“I have built and sold million dollar-plus homes, but I also want to help everybody that wants to get into a home, get into a home,” Gregory explains. “Helping people—whether it’s a house you buy or build or a rental apartment—is our primary focus.”

With a deep concern for the lack of property available for the 55-plus demographic, Gregory is currently spearheading a new subdivision in Warsaw. This "age-targeted community" is designed to provide high-quality housing options for seniors, ensuring that long-time residents can remain in the community they love as they transition into new stages of life.
